Loved our time at Layback! My bf and I stopped by after sunset. The food and drinks were AMAZING! We ordered conch fritters, grilled red snapper, and the fried red snapper. Fish was very very fresh and tasty. For drinks we ordered three frozen drinks but I don’t remember which ones. They were all amazing and hit the way you’d want a drink on the beach to feel 😁. We would go back if we had more time on the island. Service was great. Our waiter was serving all the other tables. He checked on us multiple times and asked if we needed more drinks, napkins, sauce etc. all night. One thing to note is the atmosphere - the restaurant faces the beach and a pier. There was loud music (rap, reggae, other styles you’d expect from a Carribean island) playing alongside the shore which my bf and I enjoyed - we would come back specifically for this.
